Privacy notice
This is a draft notice, not an approved legal policy. It describes only how this website handles inquiries today. A retention period, legal entity, and jurisdiction-specific terms have not been decided.
What the form collects
If you use the inquiry form, you submit your name, email address, an optional phone number, and a message. The language of the page you used is included so a reply can match it.
Why it is used
Those details are used to read and respond to your project inquiry. Sending the form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
How it is sent
This website does not keep its own database of inquiries. The message is emailed to admin@amilflow.com from that same mailbox. Your email address is used only as the reply address, not as the sender.
The site is hosted on Hostinger, which also provides the mailbox. Hostinger processes the message as part of hosting and email delivery.
Privacy contact
Questions about this notice can be sent to admin@amilflow.com.
Not yet decided
How long the mailbox keeps an inquiry, any registered business entity, and any country-specific privacy claim are not stated here because they have not been decided.
If you message on WhatsApp instead, that conversation leaves this website and is handled by WhatsApp.
